When you place an order at mistilteinn.is, you accept these terms.
Delivery of products
All orders are processed within three days from Mistilteini, so Íslandspóstur takes delivery to the countryside at the nearest post office. If a product is lost in the mail or is damaged from the time it is sent from Mistilteini to the person concerned, the damage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Product price and shipping costs
All prices in the online store include 25% VAT, but shipping costs are then added (if applicable according to the conditions on the website) before payment is made when purchasing the product. We send all products to a post office or post box, shipping costs vary depending on the countries to which they are sent. The amount is displayed before the payment process is completed. We reserve the right to make printing errors, tax and currency changes
Exchanging and returning a product
A 14-day right of return is granted, the product must be unused, in salable condition and in undamaged original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of returning the product. When returning a product, it is based on its original price according to a receipt that must be presented.
Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned
Transport and postage fees are not refunded and the buyer is responsible for the shipment until it has arrived at Mistiltein
Defective product
If the product is defective, the customer will be offered a new product instead and we will pay all shipping costs involved. Or refund if required when the product is in the hands of the seller. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the product has been intentionally damaged.
The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Other information
All information on Mistiltein’s website, including prices, is published subject to errors. Mistilteinn reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.
